An Educational Institution ( registered as Trust) have salaried staffs at Tamilnadu.. The issues are:
1. Whether professional Tax Act applicable to them?
2. if yes, what would be the rate of tax (slab rate) and manner of payment?
3. if not paid for yester yrs, do they have to pay arrears of tax or only current yr tax deduction and payment will suffice??
