Professional Ethics- Advertisement
Now since advertisement is allowed for Chartered Accountants, is there any change in the Professional Ethics ie. in Clause 6 and 7 of schedule 1. And is it applicable to May 2008 exams?

Dear Divya,
When did institute permit chartered accountants to advertise? Can you tell me through which notification institute permitted. As far as i am aware, CS institute has permitted to advertise and not ICAI. Just make it clear.

there is an amendment to clasue 6 & 7..sh-1 of proff ethichs...the CA Amendment Act is available in our institute website (icai.org)..u can download and check ....
there is some amendments in some other clasues also..plz refer the CA amendment Act ..it also published in news latter few months back

is amendment act 2007 in audit is applicable for nov.08 exam.from where i can get tese amendment
Any amendment made before the exam is applicable to that exam unless specifically exempted by the ICAI.
You please refer institute's journal for the latest amendments.
