a coaching institute print the advertizement in newspaper describing a sucess story of previous years of their coaching institute students and make the arracngement in the ad to enrolling the student. is these advertizement is under the professional misconduct by means of C A act 1949?

It will not be professional misconduct as this advertisement is issued by coaching institute and not by a practicing chartered accountant.
