is these advertizement is under the professional misconduct by means of C A act 1949?

It will not be professional misconduct as this advertisement is issued by coaching institute and not by a practicing chartered accountant.
if a praticing CA run a institute or a member of Coaching institute , then he come under the professionla misconduct?
