Dear Sir,
It is possible only if ur unit registered under EOU.
Then you approach your range officer for getting CT3 for some qty. under thease CT3 no. buyer will give duty free goods by issuing ARE3 to you.
VAT
if you give Form "F" to your buyer , you will get w/o vat, but you have to sale total production to export only.
