Procedure for E-Return

First u downloand the ITR form which is applicable to u and convert into excel filr

Then u fill such form and register in Incometaxindia.gov.in with ur mail address and PAN nu.

save ITR form( i.e xml file)on desktop which is filled by u.

Then u login into incometaxindia.gov.in  and >click submit return.

>click upload

It will show verification form. print it and submit same to income tax authority within 14 days
