Procedure for company incorporation in up

Hi,

Akshay have you ever incorporated a company having registered office in Uttar Pradesh by yourself. As I know the process what you have suggested. I have Incorporated the company having registered office in Delhi.

I want to know that whether I can incorporate company having reg. address in Uttar Pradesh through same procedure (using MCA portal) or there is any other procedure?
