pratik leave it blank no problem computer training is already register through niit
you can write last 9 digits of number. I did the same when i filled examination form and i did get my admission card without any difficulty...........
If the certificate no. is like 01CBZZZZZ4242 then write it as 01CBZ4242. Also attached the copy of certificate issued by NIIT.
DD should be made in favour of .....................?

DD should be made in favour of ICSI(use full form), payble at new Delhi

Last 4 digit denotes the month and year of ur registration.

Hi,
i filled my form for cs executive program, right now i have a fear that i have properly signed or not.
I signed the declaration given for cc in the box at last.
Is any other signature field is there in that form EXA, pls tell me some one.
I scared.
