Problems in uploading of service tax return st3 mar'16

Dear sir,

Presently there is no news on extension of time for filing the returns.

However, when we contacted aces help desk they promised that, it will work within 1 hour.

We are facing the same issue and i'm sure there are thousands and lakhs of assesses who are facing the same issue.. Its very tough being in this situation where we are trying to login into site since morning and not being able to do so.. hoping for some extention as it is almost impossible to upload any return

Agree with Mr.S. Yadav. Dept even don't bother to simply acknowledge their technical fault. While tried to contact Help desk, it is too busy all time, reason unknown.
