Problem with efilling

We are a private limited company. While uploading our ITR6, we get an error that unable to access some of the fields of the HTML form. Please check the applet parameter. (Screen shot attached)

It is to be noted that we have followed procedure available on help portal of website. Further, we have tried with installing latest java, e token properties. We have tried with all the browser like internet explorer, google chrome, mozilla firefox, opera

Further, digital is working good for ROC filling and other purposes.

Please advice us.

HELLO KRUTESH PATEL,

YOU HAVE TO REGISTER YOU DSC ( DIGITAL SIGNATURE) IN INCOME TAX SITE, BEFORE FILLING THE RETURN,

after login in site by PAN and PASSWORD, in my account UPDATE DIGITAL CERTIFICATE, by providing PAN no. of in which your SIGN is made ( make sure your digital is in PAN base encrypted )

after this ones LOG-OUT then try to file return again..

still got problem then tell us..
