Problem in itr 1

The gross total income of the assessee for the relevant assessment year should be less than or equal to ₹ 12 lakhs. You should be a resident so select Status then it gets active

Like Mr Pratap told , please verify your resident status, status as  individual etc etc and also the fill up schedule 80 g correctly. Then automatically the deduction will be taken care.Go thru your data entered once again, if found any mistake/ommission, rectify. It will be done
