if a private Company only have two director and we want to appoint some one else on their position so can we resign both the director on a same time and appoint the two new director on same time in same form-32.
And can we do both resignation and acceptance in one form in this case.
I am bit confuse here.

Hold the Board meeting, appoint 2 additional directors and accept the resignation of the two directors, as the date of appointment and resignation is same you can file single form 32 for the 4 directors.
