Hi, we are reexporting faulty material received from customer under RMA, I want to know what is the prescribed date for sending the goods? i.e. is there any time barring after which we cannot send the goods for repairs/replacement as such. Kindly let me know the notification issued by government.

The return goods would be re-exported within six months from the date of import otherwise you are liable for Customs duties whatever duty exemption availed during imports.
