Can any one tell me
1) " is there any limit on number of allottees/subscribers for preferential allottment of share warrants as per SEBI (ICDR) Regulation or any other applicable rules/regulations.
2) Whether can we issue new lot share warrants to outsiders where another lot of share warrants pending for conversion and the period not expired.

Answer:1 As per my experience of preferential allotment there is no limit of Number of allottee but the same should be mentioned in the GM resolution u/s 81(1A).
Answer:2 Yes there is no doubt about that. You can definitely issue second new lot of share warrants to outsiders where another lot of share warrants pending for conversion.
