Preferential allotment u/s 62(1)(c)

The Act orRules is silent about minimum amount to be invested per person under preferential allotment

Then what we can interpret ... Company wants to make an issue under this but given under act that subject to the conditions laid down under sec 42 Private Placement . And u/s 42 there is a requirement of investmnent atleast 20000 per person .... 

According to me kitna bhi kar sakte hai bcoz u said right .... Act n rule is silent
