I want to know that i have a my own flat on my fathers name. I purchase a flat but it is under construction and not ready till yet. i am paid pre-emi. i want know how to show it in itr filing.

to claim the benefit of home loan, the assessee needs to be the owner of the house property. As mentioned by you your father is the owner of the property. So you cant claim any benfit of the interest paid on home loan taken.
