Ppf question -error in statement

hi

I have opened ppf  account  since  yr . 2000 . While my income was non taxable  at that time i kept investing  appx . 10000 to 20000 per year in my ppf account.

i started filing tax  return in 2009 for year 2008 earnings

i did invest 70000  per year  for year 2008-2009- 20008

now  problem is  when i checked my    account  statement today  it says  total investment towards  ppf is  70000 in 2008,  140000 in 2009 ,  210000  in 2010   

as  far as income tax return is concenred  it says  i  have  invested  70k in 2008 ,   70k in 2009 and 70k in 2010 resp. My income tax  return  does not say  anything  about  total investment towards  ppf . .

So  is it accounting error , can my CA /accountant  correct it , ?

  total investment towards ppf for all years  is   filed in income tax return or   for perticular year
