Plz help me with the following query--

 

A person who is indian citizen but his residential status under income tax Act is that of a non resident, whether he can continue to deposit in his already opened PPF A/c when he was ordinary resident in India.

Plz reply at the earliest.

Dear Deepak,

Yes NRI can continue to Deposit provided deposit is made from his NRO A/c on Non repartriable basis
