Can a Construction company authorise his staff or some other person not related to the company to execute the General Power of Attroney {GPA is for getting plan sanction from the CMDA, Electricity department and other Government authorities.
Also, can a staff sign the Joint Developement agreement with the land owner, on behalf of the Pvt Company
