I don't know about Mr.Gajrani but Bhandari sir is good.

munish bhandari is best teacher for law...........

MY personal opinion a DEEPAK GAJRANI is the best teacher  for the preparation 

of CA final Law . His methodology of teaching and clarifying the sections is outstanding .

Munish bhandari is also good.

But u know bhandari ji  had been the student of Gajrani.

At last choice is urs.

Dear...i agree with Mr  Ramil and would suggest you to go for  Deepak Gajrani Sir .

I don't know gajrani's book. Bhandari's book is nice to study and subject will be revised when u r studying. He gives previous questions from CA & CS examinations. U can easily understand. U can check both books na. Take the book with which u r comfort

My view is also for Munish Bhandari Book. I don't know about Gajrani...but for Bhandari is good and easy to study covering all the aspects. Rest depends on personal choice.

i would advice deepak gajrani sir

b'coz munish bhandari sir will teach u directors and some other chapters of co. law very nicely but for other chapters especially sebi & fema u will have to prepare yourself.

or u may go for self study.

for that munish bhandari sir's book is the best.
