So plzz if any one has solution then upload here...or any file which has solved statements of ETHICS which r asked in examzz now a days............:-)

For ethics and communication part, referring institute module and practice manuals alone are more than sufficient to get good marks. In company law, refer Meetings, Shifting of Regd Office, MoA, AoA, Buyback, Conversion procedures of public to private company and viceversa etc., are a few important topics.
