If you really think that you will not be able to concentrate on both studies as well as job, then try to concentrate on studies. 

Don't be awkard ki aapke friends sare job kar rhe hai and all that , yeah it might pinch you but stay strong :) They are not doing what you are doing and you need to follow your paths istead of looking at others :)

Moreover , you are 24 and might be after marriage ( supposed to ) you will not be able to concentrate on CA as much effectively as now :)

1) hey poonam dont worry ho sakta hai k ye jo tumne nov 2013 ka attempt diya hai usme jo paper achha ni raha usme passing jitne markas mil jaye and tum pass ho jao

2) Agar tum pass nahi bhi hoti ho to bhi tum passing k bahut karib aa gyi ho tum bina demotivate ho k vapas achhe se padhai karna coz naraj ho k koi b prob kabi solve nahi hoti

3) Aap k parents bahut achhe hai jo aapko itna achha support kar rahe hai.and financialy bhi aap strong ho to muze esa lagta hai k aap job filhal join mat karo coz job karne se aap ko padhne k liye bhut kum time milega n agar kisi waja se aapko pass hone me aur late hua ya aap ki shadi ho gyi to aap ki padhai aur disturb ho sakti hai

isliye aap abhi sirf is chij pe concentrate karo k aap ko jo time de rahe hai aap k parents aap ko us time ko achhi tara se utilise kar k jaldi se jaldi padhai complete karni hai

4) Aap proper schedule banao padhai k liye jisme aap entertainment k liye bhi time nikalo jisse aapka mind freash rahega and aapki padhai aur achhe se hogi

5) Aap apne frnds ko dekh k khud k liye bura feel mat karo.aap k bhi achhe din aayegenge.ho sakta hai k aap 1 and half year me hi ipcc and ca final bhi pass ho jaoge coz aapki articleship bhi ho gyi hai to aap ipcc k bad jald hi final ka attempt bhi de sakte ho

bas aapko uske liye bina naraj n demotivate huye padhai karne ki jarurat hai

so aap khush raho n achhe se preparation karo baki sab apne aap achha hota jayega

Dear Poonam,

I kind of dont agree with Sejal and Purshottam(atleast not completely). I am sure they have given you honest advices, however nothing actionable that will possibly create beneficial result.

Let me see if I can seriously help you in getting some perspective:

A. Positives :

 1. You are just 24 ( thats young and you have time to continue)

2. Parents support( this is critical and important and probably the most undervalued)

3. Considering you are a girl and 24, no pressure of mariage is nothing less than miracle...( Let your Dad know that I love him too for this :-) )

B. Negatives:

1. Lack of Confidence: You already sound like you will never be able to pass. Although a realistic assessment of your exam result is always helpful, but have you thought why your exam is not going well, if not "think" , think deeply and be brutally honest.

2. Dropped in the middle of a Amazon Forest : .. You sound like after 4 attempts you have no idea what is going on , its as if your picked up from civilization and dropped in the middle of Amazon forest and asked to arrest the poachers.

I think I can go on and on ... But you are already so beaten down that you are spared at this one .. ( but not for long , because if you continue like this, then you should Stop)

Some of the quick tips that I can give you .. 

1. Stop logging to Facebook ( Yup .. trust me that is possible, our laws are pretty civilized that its still not illegal for an Indian citizen to NOT EVER login to facebook, unless he/she wants to ).I currently live in Beijing, China and Facebook is banned in China and I have not logged in for over 6 months now, so my point is its possible.

2. Stop wasting your time in comparing oranges with apples : Your friends have work , but they are( assuming) not CA, hence they will be at there jobs till there Job wants them to be , but if you are a CA , you have a choice and jobs will/can be made for you. So , dont compare your friends( unless your friend is a CA, in which case you should ask him/her for help to prepare), trust me no shame in asking!!!!

3. Planning is critical, but you have to know how to present your answer, because its not how many hours you put in , but how do you condense everything you learned in those 3 critical exam hours... if you can successfully plan it and execute it ,, rest will only be history.

I can help you any way you want and I am sure others can as well , but you have to work hard and more importantly "Work Smart"...

I dont know your situation, but there is no doubt in the corporate world that more work experience is preferred. So , get as many as you can under your belt.

why facebook is banned in china?

Dear Sourabh,

China is a communist country ( not a democracy, though considering the way that China looks and developed and got super duper Rich, I will not take that as a negative :-) ), hence there are some things that the Govt controls. The most important is "Information". Facebook, youtube, Twitter and some other US driven websites are banned/illegal/inaccessible in China, but they have substitutes of everything , so for Facebook, they have renren.com, weibo.com (for twitter), and youku.com( for youtube).. Interesting part is , all these websites and amazingly rich in interesting content which makes it very engaging and interesting.

I always tell my friends, everyone should visit China atleast once in life( ironically, tourist visa rules and super simple and very friendly)
