Disclosure of sales in HSN summary is only for the purpose of disclosure. Even if it is missed to be disclosed then there will not be any problem as all the supplies are properly disclosed in b2B/B2C as the case may be

hSN code not to mention mandatory on invoice if turnover less than 1.5cr. nothing related with gst return .

you have to fill stock summary hSN wise/ stock discripttion wise if hSN record not maintain.

but their is no hard and fast rule, if you don't fill stock summary in return, turnover whatever is. No problem will arise it's Ok.
