there is one unique transaction number in itr 2 in tds details column.do we have to fill it? how to get that number?

no we dont need to fill UTR no.
It is not compulsory. However, for your knowledge, you get that number from the Form 16A which will be given to you by the deductor.

Which is in red colour are mandatory..it is not a mandatory field
