As I have completed b.com in 2010, so can I take direct admission in IPCC without givening CPT Exam.

YES, IF U SCORED =< 55%(AGREEGATE) IN BCOM.
BUT THIS PROVISION IS STILL PENDING FOR APPROVEL BY CENTRAL GOVERNMENT. YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR APPROVAL OR GIVE CPT .
