with out passing it is never possible,it's ok it is fine,but can i register for May 2014 attempt and can pass Group-2 in Nov 2014 IPCC ??
Minimum 9 Months gap should be maintained for writing exams after registering na??
no my friend.... you can only register for ca final after passing both groups of ipcc. while filling registration form for ca final you will be reqd to enclose passing marksheet... so unless you pass you cant have it and thus you wont be able to register.
