In next month you may pay. it will automatically reflect in your account
Ususally return is not filed without payment of late fees
while searching online it is shown that "you have to calculate late fee of gstr1 manually"

For GSTR3B, the late calculates automatically.
No till date for GSTR1 there is no late fee
