THERE IS NO SPECIFIC FORMAT FOR AN INTERNAL AUDIT REPORT. BUT THERE ARE SOME CHECK POINTS WHICH YOU HAVE TO KEEP IN MIND WHILE CONDUCTING THE INTERNAL AUDIT OF A MANUFACTURING COMPANY.
