Pls give law amendments till 31 october 2011

As per ICAI many amendments are there till  31 oct 2011, but munish bhandari handbook (ninth edition) in stores is amended till may 2011 only... so any one has law notes  amended  portion till  oct 2011? pls upload

 also if you have Audit standard SAE 3402 "Assurance Reports on Controls AtService Organisation " in summarised or flowchart form please upload .. thanks

Is there any other amendment in ISCA module or for that matter any other that subject ? ( it isnt given in ICAI Applicability document but someone was saying in caclub)
