After the approval of the name, you have to get ready the Memorandum and Articles of Association and file the Form 1 for registration. Simultaneously you have to file Form 18 for Notice of registered office of the company and Form 32 for details of directors. After filing all these forms and payment of adequate fees and stamp duty, your company shall get registered.
