In CPT and IPCC u wont have any problem......

but when u start your articleship u have to see that your training time and college timings do not clash and along with that u have to submit form no. 112 with ICAI in which u ought to take permission from your college principal as well as your CA principal to pursue both the courses...

And along with these formalities, u have to study simultaneously for both the courses...Yes the course content matches a lot ... It varies from university to university.........

1st, 2nd and 3rd year subjects are not same in any university in India...(as per my information).

Subjcts r not same yes but maximum of ur acc tax n cost  of grad will be covered in IPCC itself.
