your question is  little bit kidish ....but in CA exam luck mater alot .......i dont give u any negative thought as u requsted in question (direct answer)

(1) if u wants to give paper along with your friend ...then u hv to file form offline(paper format) and also submit together (omr form must be in sequence, when u purchase). BUT IT IS  NOT 100% SURE U WILL GET ROLL NUMBER ALONG WITH YOUR FRIENDS, (but there is a chance of geting )

(2) its my personal experience that student sit along with u also give competition to u.(INDIRECTLY)

   if u give paper from rural place then it may work in your favour......but again i will say it is not 100% sure (lots of thing depend on examer mood ) ....................

Sakshi,dont hope for such things dat filling exam forms together with ur frnds can make u sit close to each other in exams as it is a matter of luck but u can fill d exam  forms together with ur frnds by online at d same time and hope for best and it is not going to help u much by sitting in rural examination centres as CA results r unpredictable and recently passing % in nov  2012 xams in both ipcc and final has decreased,so just believe in urself and rest is upto God.

You want to write exams along your friends in the same hall!!! Uhmmm wow cool XD....

Okay then, submit your exam form offline (not online) at the same time along with your friends by standing in the que in a row. Then you and your friends (if they are also giving only Group 1, as you are) will most probably (but not 100% sure) get admit card numbers in the same row in which you stood in the que while submitting the exam form and hence, will also sit in the same row in the exam hall. The same has happened with me when I wrote my IPCC exams.

Regarding that rural area thing, I'm not sure. But I don't think it would have anything to do with your exam results.

Writing from rural areas or urban area does not make any difference. What matters is what you write in your exams and not where you write your exams from.
