Hi All, Please help me to calculate my GST on property.
My current agreement amount is Rs.15,77,000 -
VAT -Rs. 15800 (1%)
Service Tax - Rs.70965(4.50%)
please help me with GST Calculation on above amount.

if u r purchasing new property , hold on till july 1, if it A fully constructed flat having completion certificate then it is exempt under gst
Residential Property - Under Construction.
then u have to give gst on payment basis
