Fully exempt allowances:

Tavelling, dialy, conveyance, helper, academic , uniform and allowances/ perquesites for govt. employees services rendered outside India.

For Government Employees, allowances given for services rendered outside India are exempt under sec 10(7).ie.(All the Allowances). 

For Others,

1.Daily Allowance

2.Conveyance Allowance

3.Academic Allowance

4.Helper Allowance

5.Uniform Allowance

6.Travelling Allowance

              In Case of Telephone Allowance, its Taxable if used for Personal Use...
