IT Return Filed on 11 th July 2013 ( Commission Agent, refund case ), But , unfortunately, i have not yet received 143(1) intimation order till date, as already 3 months expired & That's why I want intimation order as early as possible .
Question :
1) What's the remedy for the above Problem ?

How did you file your returns? Manual or online?
In some cases it takes time. Wait for 1 more month. It will come.
It will be done in a month or two. Processing has not been started even for electronic returns filed thru digital signatures in some cases. Hope you have sent signed ITR-V to CPC.
