hi revati..... working hrs 4 article trainee 35 hrs/week. and i think no credit will recieve 4 any extra work.
ya revati ashish is right no credit will receive for any extra work

According to the new rules of articleship/training.

If an article works more than 35 hours in a week, he must be eligible for the exemption of the training, for the next week , for that exess hours he/she works.

But no c.a accept it practically, as i m doing more than 42 hours training in a week.

HI....FRIENDS,

ARTICLESHIP PERIOD IS VERY ENJOYING .......IT IS UPTO TO US HOW WE TAKE IT....

LEARN FRUITFULLY AND GROW WITH GRT IDEAS AND KNOWLEDGE...

FOR LEARNING DON'T SEE THE TIME....

BUT DO NOT WASTE UR TIME IN THIS PERIOD....OKAY....

FINALLY U DECIDE HOW MANY FRUTIFUL HOURS U CAN GIVE.....

I don't think you can convert extra working hours into leaves.

Rest assured that there's every chance that you'll be made to work far more than just 35-hours a week at most firms. Think of it as a recommendation and not a rule.

Many article assistants I know of, often work over the weekends and very late into the night.
