As per the guidelines of ICAI in this behalf

You need to send the post only at the Delhi HO

Indraprastha Marg, New Delhi - 110 002.

Unlike Physical form which could be sent at decentralised centers this online form need to be submitted at delhi HO only

hey hi pls tell me whether is it mandatory to upload signature n photo while filling online exam form 

not at all 

you  can paste the photo after taking the hard copy and sign it

I made a problem in the criteria for completion of Articleship training.....

Also dude i am not getting the barcode and control no in the form...

I have paid the fees and it is also deducted from my account....
