For the convenience of students the Articleship completion certificate is itself included in the ca final exam form 

And yes after the online process u will be left with a pdf file which u can download from ur user id ( u need to create user id while filing online form which is very easy )

either download it and save it on computer

or go to any Printer enablled computer and sign in to icaiexam.icai.org and give the print order

You has to compulsory post it to delhi with your photograph and signature of principal.

FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION, ANOTHER THING IS THAT YOU CANNOT SAVE 100 RS. BY APPLYING ONLINE. ONLINE EXAMINATION FEES INCLUDE THAT 100 RS. PLEASE CHECK IT

What you save, if any, on form cost have to be spent on courier charges i.e through SpeedPost and rely on Posts efficiency.

The form has to be sent to Delhi as per instruction.

God knows why the Principal's signature is required even when the articleship is completed and the completion is registered with the Institute.

Can we use Debit Card

shailesh you can very well save the filled up form in pdf format and get a print out of it somewhere else.

Articleship Training Certificate is for giving status of your articleship.

Is it neccessary to send online filled exam form through speed post only?? Can we give it to them by hand also??

I am residing in Dubai.. me also submitting online exam form. Its very easy and quick and hassel free.

You just need to take the printout and have to submit the hard copy of the form.

Its only single page form.

Plase tell me that after taking print out this examination form it is necessary to submit the hard copy of yhis form.. and if yes then can i submit it to ITO ( delhi centre)???

And where the signature of employer is required???
