ICAI has always been known for the quality . Quality in everything when it comes to results , course curriculum or any kinda activity related to the CA profession , that is the reason why CA profession is recognised as the most esteemed profession but from past two attempts dont know what is going internally in ICAI ,they are just focussing on result oriented exams . In may 2011 ICAI declared the awesmest result . When we are in study stage we just think of getting qualified and we wish ICAI to declare maximum results and that thing is going from last two attempts but what about the life after qualification . CMII for newly qualified CA's this session turned out to be a complete failure because 9000 CA's were hoping to get placed . Such a high result percentage brought big smilies on face of corporate world as they could hire hard earned degree holders in such cheap amounts . Such high result has ultimately created problem for us. We are CA's ,we know how much hard work we did to earn this status and now just because we passed in the attempt with maximum result percentage the whole value of degree is looked down. I want to request here to ICAI to not to just focus on giving high results by either giving more holidays during exams(like it is in nov,2011) or removing ISCA from syllabus because if the results would be linent in future also we would be no less than any other professionals.
