सर मैने एसिसमेंट वर्ष 2016-17 के लिये आइ टी आर 4 फाईल किया लेकिन उसमें धारा 139 1 के अंतर्गत डेट निकलना बताया गया है तब मैने धारा 139 4 के अंतर्गत इसका फाईल किया गया है जिसमें लिखा है कि 5000 रूप्ये पेनाल्टी लगेगी लेकिन मेरी रिटर्न कम्पलसरी नहीं है मेरी आय का स्रोत कोचिग कलास है तो क्या मुझ को भी पेनाल्टी देनी होगी
