Please clarify

Hi, I have registered IPCC under direct entry scheme on 28th June 2014. But still today I have not received students registration copy from the institute. Without student registration number can I register for ITT & Orientation program? Without completing this program I cant for for articleship training. Even when registering for ITT & Orientation they will ask CPT result sheet or student registration copy. This is the problem I have facing.. I called to Chennai office they given SRO 0514426. I am not from CPT route.. I took IPCC under Direct entry scheme. Please any one help me further. How many days required to receive the registration copy From naveen
