Is there any Provision in ICAI ?

Under RTI, you can apply for the photocopy of your answersheet. They have to give it to you within 45 days. I would advice you to go to https://rti.gov.in/ and read the provisions.

i think there is no any provision that u can ask for ur answersheet from icai.
