Personal assets require 4 salaried employee morethan 10 lac?

Personal assets details are not asked in the ITR, unless the individual is carrying on business/profession and has fixed assets used for the purpose of business/profession. 

In case the individual is earning income from a personal assets such a flat or office premises, then the rental income will have to be disclosed under income from house property.
