Coudnt file return for the same due to Adhar not link to Pan card,
Can I Return this time of 18_19 Return
How much penalty I have to pay before make return

i think it is wrong query..
since there is no logic to pay laye fees for F.Y 18.19 right now since due date of ROI has not expired till now..

yes since due date of Return is 31st july
If wrong kindly correct me, I think this due date for 19-20 na,
it is the due date for F.Y 18.19 and A.Y 19.20
