Mr Ravi, there are appx 17500 - 18000 students of PE2, & thats why ICAI is behaving in a step motherly fashion with them, the calculations are that if everybody gets converted to IPCC ICAI gets appx 13 crore towards fees from PE2 students (7500/- per stu. X 17500 stu) one of the reasons of low results of PE2. calculations of a Marwadi prez UPA & ICAI has been acting as a profit making ( Rather Money making Body now a days

and institute also not liking PE2 students so they making such situations
