As per the Rules, whatever Amendments take place prior to six months of Attempt are applicable for the attempt. If the amendment took place in December, it shall be applicable for ur Attempt. In any case U can always write a Note stating the amendment and solve the problem accordingly, unlike Board Exams, here the Answer sheets are checked by CAs, so there should not be any problems if you substantiate ur solution with adequate Notes.
