Payment of bonus with retrospective effect
My query is that "where a compnay is subject to payemtn of bonus with retospective effect, how to comply withthe provisions of the Payment of Bonus Act where the casual labour or staff has has left the company and he untraceable.

Various high courts have already given stay to retrospective amendment of the bonus law.
Can some case number(s) be specified? preferably from Bombay High Court.
