Payment of bonus

Dear all ,

I am working in a company since last 12 months. company employed 13 emplyee during financial year 2010-11.

Now Company have only  10 employee. Company have not registered under any labour act and it has cash system.

I am asking for the bonus pertaining to year for 2011-2012. But the directors said that we do give bonus for first year and he has not given the bonus till date.

So, i my question is weather i am eligible for Bonus or not.

or if i am eligible for bonus what remedies available with me.
