Any  ATM cum Debit card can be used but it has only 16 digits no. on card and either visa or master card. and also CV V(3 digits) no. on back side of card is acceptable. and yes SBI ka card accept nahi hoga

i too used the same card for registration the initial process worked by providing card no. and the last 3 digit of card no as  C V V  number under Master Card as SBI ATM cum DEBIT CARD(SHOPPING CARD)  is aMaster card... and in further step it will ask you security code its your pin no or a 3d secure code (if u have set it)... till then there is no problem everything is verified but in final step a message with unspecified failure  is displayed as in the pic below...... can anyone help....???

i was a step back because there may be any arise of this type of issue

i've sent an email to the icai helpline given in this site (https://icaiexam.icai.org/login.php)  with email address (onlineexamforms @ icai.in)2 days ago but till now no one haven't replied

boss was it really true that SBI card was not acceptable
how come boss it is also a debit card & also govt. bank

i have already done the 3d secure code application as the link you said " https://acs.onlinesbi.com/sbi/enrollment/newuserentry.jsp"  is for application of 3d Seure Service...

@ kalyan: i too have mailed ICAI online IPCE application committee on a mail i found from the net.. hope they will reply soon and with some relevant informations....

To proceed online fund transfer via debit card,Verification Code (3-digit Security code) is required.Normally you can see that code on back side of the debit card.But most of the SBI Maestro ATM cum Debit cards does not contain such 3-digit Security code.So it is not possible to do online transaction by using such cards.So please replace your Maestro cards by visa card or master card and do online transaction.
