adhar name is not match with pan name tht why not linked yet.

Did you check the other two options? secret questions and using otp. You can give new mail I'd and mobile number. It will ask for Bank account number if you have already filed ITR previously
bank is co-op Society.... and tht account not valid, as said by portal
