CASE - Partnership firm XYZ have 3 partners. One of the partner has done fraud and is underground as many police complaints has been registered by the clients he handle with. The other two partners decided to dissolve the firm as they were kind of sleeping partners. So my question is CAN they dissolve their partnership?? if yes, please mention the steps.
